Cardiovascular Fitness Exercise

Everyone has wondered at some point in time which cardiovascular fitness exercise is better. To make it simpler, you can burn more body fat by taking both low and high intensity exercises.Problem is, which one is the best way to burn off that body fat.

When scientist noticed that glycogen, the stored form of your carb intake that is stored in your liver and muscles for energy sources, are burnt during intensive fitness training or exercises.A lot of fat will be burnt during low intensity exercise programs or exercises.

If your wondering whether or not it works, the answer is no because there are so many obese people still around.  Even though they are working out with low intensity exercise routine, it still makes you wonder how it can be.

The scientists were right when they said the human body burns more body fat during low intensity exercise routine like walking or swimming.  During a high intensity exercise such as running, the body will burn a lot more calories.  Even if some of the calories burnt are from glycogen, there are still many fat calories burned as well.

Better yet, the carbohydrates intake will be converted into glycogen, not body fat, when they're left unused for energy when your glycogen level is low.

High intensity cardiovascular fitness exercise  will juice up your metabolism even after you have completed your workout. This means that your body fat are still being burnt off even after you left the gym for hours.  This effect is nearly non existent in low intensity cardio or aerobic exercise.

Of course, high intensity cardiovascular fitness exercise will burn more calories during and after the workout than low intensity ones will.

Your cardio activities can be leveled up with high intensity exercise programs by engaging some interval trainings. Alternate walks and jogs every 5 minutes or so.Catch your breath by alternating between short walks and one minute sprints.  From this point, simply alternate your running and walking for the next 15 minutes until you are finished.

Getting more energy as you work more on your cardiovascular fitness exercise is only one of the many advantages it offers.Cardio helps you more in maitaining high energy level than burning calories.

If you've never tried cardio before, you should give it a shot.  If you like to exercise, you'll find cardio exercise programs are the best way to boost your energy and keep in top shape.  If you are just starting out, you’ll want to go slow and keep your cardiovascular fitness exercise in track – as it is very easy to over exert yourself.
